THE PINEAPPLE GAL
Passionate About Helping Others
A real estate transaction should be easy, educational, and fun! Don't let the barrage of paperwork and numbers leave you feeling discouraged. Homeownership is for everyone and it is my goal to assist each client in achieving their real estate dreams. I'll handle all the stressful parts of the
process so you can kick back, relax, and leave the closing table saying "We didn't even have to do any work!"

There are always three parts to a positively successful real estate transaction: clear communication, attention to detail, and happy clients. Articulate communication between parties can make or break a deal, so having a proactive negotiator on your team is imperative. I will ensure all information is quickly processed, documentation is buttoned up, and every party is aware of each step in the transaction. Missing even the smallest details can ripple into much bigger problems if they aren't addressed quickly and I'm here to make sure we don't skip a beat! With a proven history of persistence, I have no issue digging deep for answers and information so my clients are fully aware of all details involved in their transaction. If it's important to you, it's important to me. Your experience is my utmost priority and I aim to carry the excitement from the beginning to the end of our journey together!
But Kathryn, why the pineapple? I'm so glad you asked. This happens to be one of my favorite questions! Despite its many modern meanings, the pineapple symbol is rooted in hospitality and care towards others. In the origins of the 13 colonies, sailors and ship captains would place a pineapple on their front gate's spike to notify neighbors that they are welcome over for a feast and colorful stories of the high sea. The pineapple is also used as an offering of goodwill and peace amongst indigenous colonies and islands to new travelers.
The foundation of my business as a Realtor® is built on helping others and leaving them with the best service they've ever experienced. Hospitality is threaded through every aspect of my interactions with others, but most importantly in my client care routines. Even after our transaction is complete, you won't stop hearing from me! I love to stay in touch and keep you taken care of with birthday treats, personal recipes, handwritten notes, and relevant market updates so you're in the know!
